Think of them as your online shop window; explaining what you do and making it easy for potential customers to get in touch. They are not used to directly sell products or services.

E-COMMERCE WEBSITES
Ecommerce websites are designed for businesses that want to sell products or services directly online. As well as the usual information about your business, they include an online shop where customers can browse products, place orders and pay online. Online stores can by linked to your social media profiles to sell directly.
The price for new-build websites varies depending on the number of pages, the complexity, and in the case of e-commerce sites, the number of products or services you need me to load. As a very general guide though: 2 pages = £499; 3-5 pages= £799; 6-9 pages = £999.
